Once you have placed your order, we will contact you to arrange a delivery date with you.
The delivery team will also contact you one hour before delivery on the day. For items in stock, we usually deliver within 10 working days. Out of stock items or special order items can take up to 21 days.
The delivery service provided is a two-man delivery team who will deliver to a room of your choice. If you have any further enquiries with regards to delivery times etc, please call 0121 4140058.
You can return or exchange item(s) within 7 days by contacting us directly by email at sales@rjffurnishings.co.uk. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods to our warehouse where they will be inspected. Any returned items must be in an unused, brand-new condition and wrapped in sufficient packaging. Please note that all returns and complaints must be dealt with via email.
