Placing Your Order
All Bespoke Luxury Furniture is subject to a non-refundable 50% deposit when the order is placed. Bespoke Furniture cannot be returned once it has been delivered.
Customers will need to confirm all details before the order is sent to the supplier. Once an order is placed customers have 48 hours to amend or cancel their order.
Pick the sofa you like: colour, size, dimensions, details, accessories, style etc.
Pay 50% deposit up front: Deposits can be paid via cash, bank transfer, credit card or debit card.
Confirm Details: Customers have 48 hours to amend or cancel their order before the order is sent to the supplier. Once the supplier has received the order customers cannot amend or cancel their order.
We offer free assembly for bespoke sofas and divan beds.
We aim to deliver items within 8-12 weeks from the date the order is placed.
All customers will receive an estimated delivery date once their order is placed. The delivery team will confirm an exact delivery date once the item arrives from the supplier.
What if I want a color or style of furniture that isn't advertised on the website?
If you are not happy with the options offered, our sales team would be happy to speak with our suppliers and see if they can make something in the colour and style need. Please contact our sales team via email or live chat to discuss your order.
Can I pay the 50% deposit using my Finance loan?
You cannot pay the 50% deposit using your finance loan. Customers must pay the 50% deposit up front via cash, bank transfer, credit card or debit card. Once the 50%, customers can pay the remaining balance using their finance loan.
What if I receive my sofa and I don't like it?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for Bespoke Furniture items. Our sales team are happy to provide customers with all information needed to place their order correctly. Customers can also visit our showroom to see fabric samples in person.
What if there is a problem with the furniture I receive?
All of our furniture comes with a 12-month manufacturer's warranty which covers any manufacturing faults which result in the sofa not being fit for purpose, satisfactory quality, or as described. If there is a problem with the bespoke furniture you receive, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and a member of our customer support team will assist you.
