Do you have a showroom?
Yes, we do! Our showroom is located at 648 Bristol Road, Selly Oak, B29 6BJ. Customers can come into our showroom to view our sofas, beds, wardrobes, and living room furniture.

What are my payment options?
Customers can pay for items via cash, bank transfer or using a loan from one of our finance providers.

I have been approved for Finance. What do I do next?
Please call 0121 414 0058 Monday to Friday between 10am-5pm and Saturday and Sunday10am-6pm and a member of our sales team will help you place your order.
If you are unable to chat on the phone or would like to request a call back, please message us on Facebook and our sales team will be happy to assist you.
My loan application was denied. What are my options?
Please contact our sales team and they will give you information about cash payment options and products which are on sale.
I have some questions about my loan payments. Who do I contact?
You will need to contact your loan provider for information about your loan payments.
If you are unable to make your loan payments due to financial difficulties your loan provider will be able to provide you with information about available repayment options.

Do I need to pay a deposit?
Customers who are paying via Finance will need to make a small deposit when they place their order.
Customers who are paying via cash or bank transfer can make their payment once the item has been delivered to them. If customers wish to pay a deposit when they place their order, they are welcome to do so.
Customers who are interested in purchasing Bespoke Luxury Sofas will need to pay a 50% deposit when they place their order.
Where do you deliver to? How much is delivery?
We deliver within a 200-mile radius from Birmingham. This includes areas in England and Wales.
Delivery fees are based on the distance from our showroom. Please visit our delivery page for information regarding delivery fees.
When will my order be delivered?
We aim to deliver items within 1-4 weeks (8-12 weeks for Bespoke furniture) of the order being placed.
Customers will receive an estimated date of delivery when they place their order. The delivery team will contact customers if there are any changes to this date (e.g., earlier or later delivery date)
Can I collect my order?
Unfortunately, we don’t offer collection. However, we do offer delivery and assembly services to our customers.

What is your Covid-19 Policy?
We are fully open for business and continue to offer delivery services to our customers.
Our showroom and delivery staff have all been trained to adhere to government social distancing guidelines and will be wearing PPE when interacting with customers.

What happens if I am unhappy with an item I have received?
Customers who are unhappy with their furniture can return or exchange unused and undamaged items within 14 days from delivery.

Do you provide product warranties?
All of our products come with a 12-month manufacturer guarantee. This covers any manufacturing faults which result in the product not being fit for purpose, of reasonable quality, or as described.
